M.S. in Epidemiology

Epidemiology is a quantitative discipline of health science devoted to the study of the distribution and determinants of disease and health-related conditions in populations, and the application of that information to the prevention and control of disease. 

This program will prepare you to work with a research team to elucidate disease patterns and disease risk and to provide the data needed to guide disease prevention strategies. The M.S. in Epidemiology is designed to provide you with the quantitative skills to conduct research, and prepare for careers in applied, population-based translational and clinical research/clinical trials.
