- Graduated, or is on track to graduate, from a U.S. accredited school abroad with English as the medium of instruction.
- Graduated, or is on track to graduate, from a secondary school in the U.S. that he/she attended for a minimum of one year and that included at least one unit of college preparatory English.
- Earned a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education in the U.S. or has completed at least 12 or more credits at an accredited institution of higher education in the U.S.
