Ballston Centre: This is a striking 9-story Academic/Office Tower that houses classrooms, faculty offices and administrative spaces. 4040 Centre: This is situated just two blocks from the Ballston Metro station and serves as a hub for healthcare education and clinical practice. It houses the university's physical therapy Doctoral programme and the MedStar Clinic. The 4040 Centre is located within a few minutes of the main campus and free Marymount shuttles connect the two locations.
