As undergraduate students, the future teachers major in their content area and minor in Pre-professional Secondary Education, completing the requirements for a Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.). As graduate students, they then enroll in the Master of Arts in Teaching (M.A.T.) in Education with a concentration in Secondary Education during the summer, fall, and spring semesters immediately following undergraduate graduation.
