The B.A. or B.S. in Art Education degree is designed to prepare future art teachers for success in school environments. With a focus on leadership, creativity, development, and collaboration, students finish this program knowing how to teach art history and theory, as well as foster creative expression in the classroom. This education degree prepares students for taking on graduate school or embarking on their teaching careers for elementary through high school grades after graduation.

Entry Requirement
- MLAB – a minimum score of 76; with this option the College will also assess oral proficiency post-admission for the purpose of placement
- Official high school transcript should include courses taken, grades received, and confirmation of degree earned with date. Greensboro College requires applications from prospective F-1, J-1, J-2 and all non U.S.
- Complete and pass the required American Language Academy (in Greensboro, NC) Academic English Level 5 assessment.
