Berry College is a private liberal arts college located in Mount Berry, Georgia, United States. It was founded in 1902 by Martha Berry as a school for children from low-income families in the surrounding area and has since grown into a four-year college offering undergraduate degree programmes. There are approximately 2,172 students on campus admitted with an acceptance rate of 69.9%. There are four schools on-campus students are a part of:

Facilities

The university campus is located in northwestern Georgia, near the city of Rome. The university encompasses more than 27,000 acres of land, comprising farmland, forests, and Lavender Mountain, earning it the name of the world's largest college campus. Hiking, cycling, horseback riding, and other outdoor activities are permitted in designated areas. Given below are some of the prominent facilities of this university:

 

Library - The Memorial Library has more than 400 individual study seats and group study areas as well as physical collections and a coffee shop. There are 600,000 physical volumes, thousands of journals, ebooks, databases and digital media here. Dining Hall - Berry Dining Hall has a range of fresh and delicious breakfast, continental breakfast, lunch, and supper options. At the produce market, students can sample their fresh smoothies. They can choose from the stir fry station or the Viking's daily special for lunch and dinner. At the Traditions Station, they can also get home-cooked meals or slices of pizza. Breakfasts are only offered from 9:30 am - 10:30 am. At the dining hall, students can go for the all-you-care-to-eat option or take a meal to-go. 

 

On-campus Residence - The Dana/TB Area, The Ford Area, The Morgan/Deerfield area, The Morton/Lemley Area, Alternative Area and The WinShape Area on Mountain Campus are the six residential facilities on campus at Berry’s. Suites are only available for upper-class students and are found at Centennial Hall, Thomas Berry Hall, and Townhouse. Each occupant is provided with a Bed, Chest of Drawers, Closet, Desk with a chair and Wifi connection.
