Bellarmine University is a private Catholic liberal arts university located in Louisville, Kentucky, United States. It was founded in 1950 by the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Louisville and named after St. Robert Bellarmine, a prominent Jesuit theologian and cardinal.

The university’s campus spans 175 acres. The site has 50 buildings, such as the W.L. Lyons Brown Library, a residential complex, Our Lady of the Woods Church, and the Norton Health Science Centre. Additionally, a three-story skyscraper on campus is the university's most visible construction project. Centro is connected to the university's fundamental structure by a glass atrium and holds the Admissions Welcome Centre. Residence services - The university provides students with on-campus housing in six resident halls: Kennedy Hall, Newman Hall, Anniversary Hall, Petrik Hall, Siena Primo and Secondo, and Siena Terzo and Quarto. Conventional residence halls contain single and double-occupancy dormitories with shared toilets, as well as common amenities including wireless internet, vending and ice machines, a laundry facility, a TV lounge, study space, a computer lab etc. Each room features twin beds, a desk and chair, a closet or wardrobe, a microwave, a refrigerator, air conditioning and heating.

Secondly, on-campus is Knights Knook another popular cafeteria on-campus which has recently been rebuilt. It is a terrific place to hang out with friends, relax, and study. The Pit Stop has a tiny kitchenette with a refrigerator, sink, and microwave; Knights Nook encloses it with comfortable lounge furniture, a fireplace, a billiards table, and a television.
