Bay Path University is a private women's university located in Longmeadow, Massachusetts, United States. It was founded in 1897 as Bay Path Institute, and became Bay Path Junior College in 1945. It was granted university status in 2014. Each year the university enrols over 3000 students at its campus.

 

The university offers all-women undergraduate and co-educational graduate programmes in a variety of fields, including business, education, nursing, psychology, occupational therapy, and forensic science. It also has a strong focus on women's leadership and entrepreneurship and offers specialized programmes in those areas. The university also offers online and hybrid learning programs to make education more accessible to students. It has 30 majors and more than 30 certifications at the graduate level.

Athletic facilities - At South Campus/Ryan field is where all of the athletic facilities are provided. The teams at Bay Path University are called the Wildcats. During the 2021-22 academic year, the college has been a member of the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) and has competed at Division I (USCAA)|Division I level in the USCAA. Varsity sports at Bay Path include volleyball, softball, and soccer.  

 

Residence facilities - The university provides adequate housing to suit the housing needs of women while also ensuring their safety. Bollum Hall, Theinert Hall, and Wright Hall are the residential halls on the Bay Path Longmeadow campus. On-campus living halls provide study areas, printers, housing staff, vending machines, and game and lounge areas.

 

Library - Hatch Library serves as the official library of the university on the main campus in Longmeadow. It documents and preserves the university's history from its inception in 1897 to the present. It contains yearbooks, photographs, and other information on life at Bay Path throughout its history that will be of interest to students, instructors, staff, researchers, and alumni. 

 

Cafeteria: Blake Dining Hal is the main dining hall on campus and offers a variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The menu features a range of hot and cold dishes, including vegetarian and gluten-free options. The dining hall also has a salad bar, deli station, and a grill where students can order burgers, fries, and other fast food items.
