Auburn University at Montgomery (AUM) is a public university in Montgomery, Alabama. As a part of the Auburn University system, it was founded in 1967 by an act of the Alabama Legislature and is overseen by the Board of Trustees of Auburn University. More than 90 academic programs leading to bachelor's, master's, specialist, and doctorate degrees are available at the institute. The Southern Association of Colleges & Schools Commission on Colleges has accredited the university, which provides access to more than 90 undergraduate and graduate degree programs as well as certifications.
