This Joint Honours course will allow you to explore the external and internal forces that shape individuals and their behaviour within society.

Studying Sociology offers critical perspectives on contemporary society including its structures, rules and the current social crisis. Our blog post 'What is Sociology?' highlights the exciting and original research done by our students.

Psychology at Worcester offers opportunities to study many facets of the human psyche including: forensic or clinical psychology, counselling or business psychology.

Entry Requirement
Applicants with an overall grade of 60% from the Standard XII Higher Secondary School Certificate from the All India Boards and 65% in English from standard XII or an IELTS of 6.0 (with no less than 5.5 in each component) will be considered for admission to our Undergraduate degree courses. Other English Language qualifications will be considered. All other boards will require an overall grade of 65%.
