Spring teaching

• Recovery, Collaboration and Partnership in Clinical Practice

Spring and summer teaching

• Therapeutic Tools for the Emerging Practitioner: skills, techniques and models of engagement

Degree requirements    
You should normally have an upper second-class (2.1) undergraduate honours degree or above.

Subject-specific requirements    
Your qualification can be in any subject. No prior knowledge or experience in mental health is required. You should demonstrate an interest and desire to work with adults with complex mental health difficulties. You must also show an interest in developing education in practice, therapy and skills fundamental to mental health care. You may also be considered for the course if you have other professional qualifications or experience of equivalent standing.

IELTS (Academic)
High level (6.5 overall, including at least 6.0 in each component).

• Home students: £6,150 per year for full-time students
• Channel Islands and Isle of Man students: £6,150 per year for full-time students
• International students: £9,250 per year for full-time students

Note that your fees, once they’re set, may be subject to an increase on an annual basis. 

With its associated clinical placements, this course maximises your chances of employment both within the NHS and other mental health providers.
