• Alternatively, they can have a pass in one subject at GCE Advanced Level, along with either (a) passes in two different subjects at GCE Advanced Subsidiary Level, (b) a Vocational A-Level Single Award, or (c) two Vocational A-Level part Awards.
• A Vocational A-Level Double Award is also an acceptable qualification for entry.
• Applicants with a Vocational A-Level Single Award can also be considered if they have either (a) two Vocational A-Level part Awards or (b) passes in two different subjects at the GCE Advanced Subsidiary Level.
• Possession of a BTEC National Certificate or Diploma is another acceptable entry qualification.
• When preparing for the IELTS Academic test, students often set their sights on achieving an overall score of 6.0, with the condition that none of their individual section scores falls under 5.5.
