• From the second year onwards, the focus shifts more towards palaeontology, with an increasing number of elective modules that allow you to tailor your studies to your interests.

• In the third and fourth years, you will complete independent Earth Science research projects based on primary data collected from the field, laboratory, or museum, enhancing your practical, analytical, and communication skills.

• Gain hands-on experience through fieldwork training in palaeobiological and geological techniques, conducted both in the UK and internationally.
