• Candidates with either a four-year Bachelor's degree with a first-class or a very good upper second class, or a three-year Bachelor's degree with a first-class from recognised Indian institutions, are eligible for consideration.
• For MSc programmes, the Business School will consider applicants with three-year degree programmes with a first-class or a very good upper second class from recognised Indian institutions.
• For entry into LLM programmes, the University of Birmingham welcomes applications from holders of three or five-year LLB degrees from prestigious Indian institutions.
• Language proficiency requirements include an IELTS score of 6.0 overall, with no component below 5.5, or an equivalent proficiency score.
