Year 3 (BSc route)

If you complete the two-year foundation year to the required academic standard, you may be invited to study for a BSc (Hons) one year full time degree in Year 3.You will undertake dissertation research (work based project) and topics covering research methods, managing the performance athlete and sports performance.

Your application, especially your personal statement, should demonstrate your enthusiasm for studying sports performance.
 

As this course is intended for students who are performing at a very high standard in their chosen sport, and your performance in sport will form part of the selection decision. Your application should include details of your current sporting level in your chosen sport(s).
 

Higher Secondary School Certificate (12th Standard)
 

• An average of 85% across four subjects with 85% in Mathematics and Physics.

• Do not accept Physical Education as one of these four subjects.

• These requirements are for the CBSE and CISCE boards.

• A levels or the International Baccalaureate Diploma
   

English language requirements
 

• Category C
   

You will normally need one of the following:
 

• IELTS: 6.5 overall with no less than 6.0 in all components

• IELTS Indicator: 6.5 with 6.0 in each component

• TOEFL IBT: 90 overall with a minimum 21 in all 4 components

• TOEFL IBT and IBT Special Home Edition: 90 overall with 21 in each component
