• However, candidates with only AS/Core Mathematics will be considered if Physics is also included. For T Level qualifications, a Pass grade (equivalent to a D or E on Core) is required in either Design & Development for Engineering & Manufacturing or Engineering, Manufacturing, Process & Control. 
• Those holding a BTEC National Extended Diploma in Engineering must have completed at least one Mathematics unit. 
• For applicants with both A-Level and BTEC National qualifications, possession of a Diploma or Extended Certificate in an Engineering subject is necessary, along with A-Level Mathematics at Grade E (or AS/Core Mathematics at Grade B) if Mathematics units for the BTEC National are not covered. 
• Alternatively, candidates with a Diploma or Extended Certificate in Applied Science must have A-level mathematics at Grade E (or AS/Core Mathematics at Grade B). International Baccalaureate applicants must achieve a total of 24 Points overall, with HL Mathematics and HL Physics both at a score of 3.
• Those undertaking the IELTS Academic test should work towards achieving an overall score of 6.0, ensuring that their scores in each section do not fall below 5.5.
