• The institution accepts a diverse range of Level 3 qualifications, including three A-Levels, an Extended Diploma, a combination of A-Level and Diploma, A-Levels and Extended Certificate, or an International Baccalaureate. 
• A-level applicants are required to have three subjects, with Mathematics at Grade C and Physics at Grade C. Candidates without Physics may still be considered if they have Further Mathematics.
•  BTEC National applicants must hold an Extended Diploma in an Engineering subject with both Mathematics units at Merit. 
• For A-Level/BTEC National applicants in Engineering, A-Level Mathematics at Grade C is necessary if Mathematics units for the BTEC National are not included. Likewise, A-Level/BTEC National candidates in Applied Science must have A-Level Mathematics at Grade C. International Baccalaureate applicants should achieve 28 Points overall, with HL Mathematics at 5 and HL Physics at 5.
• Individuals preparing for the IELTS Academic exam should aim for an overall score of 6.0, making sure that none of their section scores drop below 5.5.
