Program Overview

UCL's Health Wellbeing and Sustainable Buildings MSc is designed to meet the growing demand for specialists to drive the health and wellbeing agenda in the design, assessment, retrofit and operation of sustainable buildings. This Master's equips you with the skills, knowledge and networks needed to advance sustainable innovation for health and wellbeing in the built environment.

During the programme you will:
 

  • examine the built environment's impacts on health and wellbeing, within the context of sustainability
  • master key design, engineering and public health principles
  • use tools applicable in research and professional practice, including: standards, benchmarking, modelling and monitoring methods
  • understand the factors affecting the business case for healthy and productive sustainable buildings
  • we require applicants to complete a three to five year Bachelor's degree and obtain a First Class or high Second Class degree. The degree should be awarded by an institution recognised by the government of India and passed with the required grades.
  • The minimum grade requirement ranges from the GPA of 6.5 – 8.5/10 or 55%-70% and depends on the grading scale and institution of prior study.
