Entry Requirement
we require applicants to complete a three to five year Bachelor's degree and obtain a First Class or high Second Class degree. The degree should be awarded by an institution recognised by the government of India and passed with the required grades.
The minimum grade requirement ranges from the GPA of 6.5 – 8.5/10 or 55%-70% and depends on the grading scale and institution of prior study.

This MASc provides the relevant skills and knowledge for those working in, or aiming to develop a career in, built environment and urban policy and practice positions that require a sophisticated understanding of the contexts and complexity of urban challenges and development in cities internationally.
