Program Overview

The Information Security Group (ISG) is a world-leading interdisciplinary research group dedicated to research and education in the area of information (cyber) security.The ISG comprises more than fifteen full-time academic faculty members, including a mix of computer scientists, mathematicians and social scientists. They are supported by visiting academics, research assistants and a large number of research students, making the ISG one of the largest academic information security teams in the world.

Entry Requirement
Students who have successfully completed a Bachelors degree in an appropriate subject with good grades/GPA will be considered for entry to a Royal Holloway Master's degree programme. Exact requirements will depend upon the programme you are planning to study at Royal Holloway and the university you have studied at, but departments will usually require an overall grade between a 55% to 65%.
Students who have successfully completed a Masters degree in an appropriate subject with good grades/GPA will be considered for entry to a Royal Holloway MPhil/PhD programme.
