Businesses need ever more skilled and highly adaptable personnel to face the challenges of a rapidly changing rapid global economic climate. The BSc (Hons) in Business Management is designed for students who want to level-up their existing qualifications to access opportunities in new careers or existing places of work.

The BSc (Hons) in Business Management is a one year top-up for people who already have a Foundation degree or other HND-Level qualification and want to gain a full undergraduate degree.

This innovative degree is firmly rooted in your own experience. Across the programme you will investigate how organisations think and work, how they’re managed, and how they are affected by the external world in which they operate.

This programme is available as a full time over one year.

Upon successful completion of the degree you may also receive the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Level 6 Diploma in Management and Leadership and the Institute of Enterprise and Entrepreneurs (IOEE) Professional Diploma in Enterprise and Entrepreneurship. Also, annual membership to CMI is free for one year after graduation.

Course Content
Across the programme Employability Standards are built into every module. These are designed in consultation with employers, so you will always be able to see the relevance of what you are studying to your future career.

All full-time academic programmes at the RAU are constructed using a selection of modules, each of which requires engagement with a variety of learning activities. Successful completion of module assessments will result in the award of credits, and students are required to achieve a total of 120 credits. Part-time students are required to achieve a 60 credits per year over two years.

Each module represents a value of 15 credits or multiples thereof. Each 15-credit module represents a minimum of 150 hours of student learning, effort and assessment. To achieve the award of BSc (Hons) in Business Management, a student must achieve a minimum of 120 credits. For this BSc (Hons) Top-up course, your grade is calculated entirely on this course's modules.
