• Overall pass: must include 45 credits at level 3, of which all 45 must be at Merit or higher
• A combination of A-Level, BTEC and other accepted qualifications that total 112-128 UCAS Tariff points including 32 points in a science subject

Many veterinary nurses are employed in general veterinary practices, but you could also find work in research establishments, laboratories, universities, colleges, zoological/wildlife parks, charities, pharmaceutical companies and breeding/boarding kennels. As a graduate registered veterinary nurse, you will be welcomed by a wide range of employers across the veterinary sector.
