Program Overview

Our course has been specially designed to prepare you for a future career in criminal justice and law. On this course, you will study two complementary perspectives – law and criminology – and gain the academic skills needed to become a qualified solicitor or barrister in England and Wales. You will also have access to our industry network. For example, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside professional barristers and solicitors at our local Legal Advice Centre.

Entry Requirement
Minimum 50% or above from a Local Board Examination or its equivalent.
Successfully passed at least one year's higher studies in a relevant subject area. We require 60 ECTS for entry to year two, and 120 ECTS for entry to year three. Acceptance is based on a curriculum match between your prior study and the syllabus at Middlesex.
You will need to provide a letter of reference from an academic source and a personal statement.
