Program Overview

The Foundation Year in Science is offered as an entry route to a Science degree for students who don't yet meet the entry requirements for degree-level study. This course is your entry route to a science degree if you are not ready for the three-year degree.

  • Minimum 50% or above from a Local Board Examination or its equivalent.
  • Successfully passed at least one year's higher studies in a relevant subject area. We require 60 ECTS for entry to year two, and 120 ECTS for entry to year three. Acceptance is based on a curriculum match between your prior study and the syllabus at Middlesex.
  • You will need to provide a letter of reference from an academic source and a personal statement.
