Course Content
Year 1 Required modules

You are required to take:
- Sports, Exercise, Health and Medicine I (15 credits)
- Introduction to Biochemistry for Health Sciences (15 credits)
- Human Physiology (30 credits)
- Anatomy and Biomechanics (15 credits)
- Research, Communication and Presentation Skills in Sports & Exercise Medical Sciences (15 credits)
- Foundation Nutrition for Sports Sciences (15 credits)
- Introduction to Psychology: Understanding Human Behaviour (15 credits)
Year 2 Required modules

You are required to take the following modules:
- Sports, Exercise, Health & Medicine II (30 credits)
- Research Methods in Sport & Exercise Medical Sciences (15 credits)
- Exercise and Environment (15 credits)
Year 3 Required modules

You are required to take the following module:
- Preventive Medicine and Exercise Prescription (15 credits)
- You are also required to take one of the following two modules:
- Experimental and Clinical Methods in SEMS (45 credits)
- SEMS Research Project (45 credits)
Entry Requirement
Must be registered on as a student at your home university for the duration of your time at King's (i.e you cannot be on a leave of absence from your degree) and your university is transferring at least some of the credits earned at King's towards your degree.
Undergraduate students must be registered on a BA/BSc/LLB or equivalent undergraduate degree.
Undertaken a minimum of 1 year of university level study.
