Program Overview

Our Physics MSci will give you a deep understanding of all the fundamental aspects of physics. In your final year, you will work on a research project aligned to one of our research groups and experience the excitement of research through supervised projects.

You also have the opportunity to transfer to the Study Abroad pathway and spend your third year at a partner institution before returning to King’s for the final year. This depends on you reaching a certain grade average and being accepted by a partner university.

  • Indian universities considered prestigious : Bachelor degree (Honours/Special) with a score of: 63% or 7.7 out of 10.
  • Other recognised Indian universities : Bachelor degree (Honours/Special) with a score of; 65% or 8 out of 10. The differing grading systems at Indian universities will be taken into consideration. If your degree is graded out of 4, 7 or 8, your scores would be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
