- Distorted Worlds: Variation in Perception and Memory (15 Credits)
- Choice: Agency, Autonomy and Addiction (15 Credits)
- The origins of Individual Differences (15 Credits)
- Research Methods and Statistics with R 3 (15 Credits)
- The Cognitive Brain (15 Credits)
- The Electrophysiological Brain (15 Credits)
- Molecular and Cellular Neuroscience (15 Credits)
- Computing for Brain Cognitive Scientists (15 Credits)
Year 3
Required modules
BSc Neuroscience & Psychology with a year abroad
If you are a student on the four year BSc Neuroscience & Psychology with a year abroad course will spend their third year studying abroad before returning to complete their final year with us.

During the extra year abroad you are entitled to 120 credits. Students must take the minimum credit requirement of their partner institution and pass at least 30 King’s credits whilst abroad.
BSc Neuroscience & Psychology with a Professional Placement
Students on the four year BSc Neuroscience & Psychology with a year Professional Placement course will spend their third year on placement before returning to complete their final year with King’s.
• Professional Placement (120 credits)
BSc Neuroscience & Psychology
During your final year you are required to conduct a research project worth 45 credits (this is required if you want to be eligible for BPS Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership).
Alternatively, you can choose to take the following two modules instead of completing the Research Project:
- eLearning or Science Media/Public Engagement Project (30 credits)
- Neuroscience & Society (15 credits)
- eLearning or Science Media/Public Engagement Project (30 credits)
- Neuroscience & Society (15 credits)
- Professional Placement (120 credits)
Year 4
Required modules
You are required to take Research project worth 45 credits (this is required if you want to be eligible for BPS Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership).
Alternatively, you can choose to take the following two modules instead of completing the Research Project:
