Our Emerging Economies & International Development MSc offers a distinctive approach to the study of development by focusing on emerging economies. Course Content
Required modules

Courses are divided into modules. You will normally take modules totalling 180 credits.

You are required to take the following modules:
- Topics in the Analysis of Emerging Economies (15 credits)
- Development Theory and Emerging Economies (15 credits)
- Dissertation (60 Credits)
You must also take at least one 15-credit methods module, out of the following four:
- Quantitative Methods for Social Science (15 credits)
- Advanced Quantitative Methods for Causal Inference (15 credits)
- Introduction to Qualitative Methods (15 credits)
- Advanced Qualitative Methods (15 credits)
Entry Requirement
Indian universities considered highly prestigious : Bachelor degree (Honours/Special) with a score of: 60% or 7.5 out of 10.
Indian universities considered prestigious : Bachelor degree (Honours/Special) with a score of: 63% or 7.7 out of 10.
Other recognised Indian universities : Bachelor degree (Honours/Special) with a score of; 65% or 8 out of 10. The differing grading systems at Indian universities will be taken into consideration. If your degree is graded out of 4, 7 or 8, your scores would be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
