Structure

Required modules

You are required to take:

• The Idea of Beauty in Western Theology (30 credits)
• Dissertation (60 Credits)

Standard requirements
A minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree with a final mark of at least 60% or above.

If you have a lower degree classification, or a degree in an unrelated subject, your application may be considered if you can demonstrate significant relevant work experience, or offer a related graduate qualification (such as a Masters or PGDip).

Other requirements
A Bachelor's degree with 2:1 honours is usually required but not necessarily in a humanities subject. We know that relevant background can be acquired by informal routes and we are delighted to consider all applications.

In order to meet the academic entry requirements for this programme you should have a minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree with a final mark of at least 60% or above in the UK marking scheme. If you are still studying you should be achieving an average of at least 60% or above in the UK marking scheme.

Applicants without experience in the field could also consider our Graduate Diploma, which is especially designed to ease the transition to Theology & Religious Studies from another subject.

UK:
Full time: £11,040 per year (2022/23)

International:
Full time: £24,660 per year (2022/23)
