Modules

This MPH is made up of:

• Four 15-credit compulsory core modules

• One 30-credit core elective module (from a choice of two)

• Two further 15-credit elective modules, or one 30-credit elective module

• One 60-credit dissertation.
   

As a part-time student, you will normally take 30 credits per term and as a full-time student, you will take 60 credits per term.

  Pre-requisites

  • Applicants should hold a first or upper second-class honours degree or the equivalent from an international institution

  • Relevant employment experience in the health sector is taken into consideration. Applicants who have a lower second-class honours degree but have relevant employment experience in the health sector may be considered.
     

English language requirements

For those students whose first language is not English, the following qualification is also required:

• IELTS: 7.0 overall with a minimum of 6.5 in each category
• TOEFL 100 overall with 24 in Writing, 20 in Listening, 19 Reading and 20 Speaking.

Fees in each subsequent year of study (where applicable) will be subject to an annual increase of two percent. We will confirm any change to the annual tuition fee to you in writing prior to you commencing each subsequent year of study (where applicable).
