Building service engineers play a critical role in the on and off-site construction process and in designing new systems and techniques that are driving the industry.

The CDIO approach is an international engineering education model, developed by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Entry Requirement
At the point of registration onto the first year of a degree, we require you to have achieved:

- A BTEC National Diploma or
- A combination of BTEC and A Level qualifications equivalent to two A Levels (such as a BTEC subsidiary certificate) and one A Level or
- A pass at T Level or
- An Access to Higher Education Diploma.
