• HPS-3006: Dissertation (40) (Semester 1 + 2) or
  HAC-3006: Traethawd Hir (40) (Semester 1 + 2)

• HSH-3041: Country House Life, 1750-1914 (20) (Semester 1)

• HSH-3045: Nationalism in the UK (20) (Semester 1)

• HSC-3050: Cymru'r Tywysogion (20) (Semester 1)

• HSH-3137: Ruled by an Orange: England an (40) (Semester 1 + 2)

• HSH-3150: Princely Wales (20) (Semester 1)

• Students must take EITHER the Dissertation OR a Special Subject, while ensuring that they have taken 60 credits in History in total during Year 3.

Offers are tariff based, 80 - 112 tariff points from a Level 3 qualification* e.g.:
 

• A Levels (including a B grade in Welsh or a humanities subject studies through the medium of Welsh. History is preferred but not essential)**
• BTEC National/Extended Diploma and Cambridge Technical Extended Diploma**: MMP-DMM
• International Baccalaureate Diploma (including H5 in Welsh)**
• Access course with Welsh element**
• City & Guilds Advanced Technical/Extended Diploma: considered on a case by case basis
• Welsh Baccalaureate is accepted
• T-levels: considered on a case-by-case basis. 

International Candidates: school leaving qualifications and college diplomas are accepted from countries worldwide (subject to minimum English Language requirements). 

Home (UK) students
 

• The cost of a full-time undergraduate course is £9,000 per year (2021/22 entry and 2022/23 entry).

• The fee for all placement, international, and sandwich years is £1,350 (2021/22 and 2022/23).

Additional Costs
 

• There are also some common additional costs that are likely to arise for students on all courses, for example:

• If you choose to study abroad or take the International Experience Year as part of your course.

• If you attend your Graduation Ceremony, there will be a cost for gown hire (£25-£75) and cost for additional guest tickets (c.£12 each).
