Program Overview

MA User Experience (UX/UI) is a research-led, practice-focused course designed for students who want to strengthen their understanding of user-centred design, develop advanced creative and strategic skills, and critically explore the cultural and ethical dimensions of digital experience. Whether progressing directly from a BA or returning to study after time in industry, students will be supported in navigating new methods of enquiry, reflecting on their practice, and shaping their personal design direction.

  • You will usually have BA (Hons) Degree graded at 2.1 or above, or an equivalent UK or international qualification in your chosen subject or a related discipline. We encourage application from students with a broad range of qualifications and we welcome students from all educational backgrounds. We will take into account the knowledge and skills that you have developed outside the classroom as well as your previous qualifications.
