• 2.1 Honours degree or non-UK equivalent in business, management, engineering or related social science or science subject, with at least 20% of courses in organisational behaviour and/or psychology, leadership, employee relations, human resource management, organisational change or learning and personnel development. Those who do not have this level of relevant knowledge and who would like to pursue further studies in the area of HRM are advised to apply for the MSc Management with Human Resources.

International English Language Testing System (IELTS) Academic module (not General Training)

• 6.5 with 2 sub-tests at 6.5 and 2 sub-tests at 6.0.
• Tests must have been taken within 4 years 5 months of start date.

By the end of the programme you will have acquired the knowledge and skills for developing your career in either HRM or HRD, including international managerial roles.
