Curtin University is originally an Australian university. It opened its newest campus in Dubai in April 2017. The university is located in Dubai International Academic City (DIAC). The Australian Ambassador to the UAE officially launched the campus on 10th September 2017. The student population is 300 with approximately 100 staff members. In order to have a decent chance of being admitted to Curtin University Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, students must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5.
