Entry to the Master of Applied Translation and Interpreting requires at least a bachelor’s degree with good grades, or a bachelor’s degree with relevant professional work experience, or other qualifications of an equivalent standard.
You will need to have completed at least 60 points at 300-level, with at least a B+ Grade Point Average, in either Chinese, French, German, Japanese, Russian, Spanish, or Te Reo Māori.
Students with English as an additional language are also required to provide evidence of their English language ability, with the equivalent of an IELTS (Academic) score of 7 overall, with no section less than 6.5.
