Program Overview

Brief Description

This programme combines core theoretical foundations with a strong applied focus to prepare students for a variety of careers in economics & economics related fields. It is the first and only masters in economics in Ireland to offer a double degree option through our partnership with HEC Liège (the Business School of the University of Liège) in Belgium.

Course Content
The MSc in Economic Analysis is a one-year, full time programme. The programme consists of two semesters of four modules and a research paper to be completed over the Summer.

Entry Requirement
A four-year Bachelor Degree or three-year honours Bachelor Degree in a relevant discipline from a recognised university. First-division results are normally required with a minimum overall grade of between 55-70%* depending on the programme applied for.
Some programmes may require an interview and/or work experience.
A full transcripts/full marks sheets of each semester is required. A consolidated marks sheet is not sufficient as a standalone document.
