• A minimum honours bachelor degree (Level 8) in a related discipline.
  Or
• A minimum honours bachelor degree (Level 8) in any discipline with minimum two years, relevant work experience and/or ability, evidenced by an RPL portfolio of prior experience and learning
  Or
• A minimum ordinary bachelor degree (Level 7) in any discipline with a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience and/or ability, evidenced by an RPL portfolio of prior experience and learning
  Or
• Equivalent Qualifications. Applicants with equivalent qualifications on the European and International frameworks will also be considered. International students must evidence a proficiency in English language for example IELTS 6.0
• An interview may form part of the selection process.

Some of these posts may require further qualifications.
• Graduates will also be able to offer these services in settings outside the workplace, including in schools and universities, community and voluntary organisations, and online.
• HR Managers, medical staff, safety managers etc may wish to remain in their current position but with a broadened knowledge base.
• Employees with a master’s level qualifications can progress in their career and move to higher-level managerial positions.
