Program Overview

The programme builds on the strong foundations and applied knowledge of the Level 7 BBus in Hospitality Management. The programme focused on building the managerial and individual abilities that the student will require on into their future careers. The concentration of the programme is on the development of the student for future senior roles in Hospitality organisations and subsequently in general management. The programme develops the student’s facilities for critical thinking, decision making and problem solving, and for roles in industry which require innovation and strategic thinking. It includes examination both current and traditional issues that impact on the sector and has an emphasis of the international issues, environment, and the financial issues relation to the roles.

Entry Requirement
Bachelor of Business in Hospitality Management (Level 7) or closely related field. The applicant is required to have a merit result in their degree, or to have an additional period of reckonable hospitality experience, ideally in a supervisory role.
