About
Yorkville University (YU) is a private, for-profit university that was founded in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada in 2003. In the fall of 2004, it admitted its first students for the programs it was offering out of Fredericton, New Brunswick, which at the time was its sole location. Since then, the institution has opened a physical campus in Vancouver, British Columbia. and bought two physical campuses in Toronto, Ontario. The university purchased the RCC Institute of Technology in 2018. This featured the Toronto Film School, the School of Engineering, Technology, and Computing, and the Academy of Design.
Yorkville University’s acceptance rate is around 85% with more than 5,500+ students enrolled in various programs. The Ontario, British Columbia, and New Brunswick governments have authorized the university to provide degree programs, including the bachelor of business administration. YU’s online portal is open to all future students who want to apply to the university along with an application fee of CAD 75 for undergraduate and postgraduate studies.
