About
The Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), established in 1969, is a French-language university in Montréal, Quebec. It is a vibrant, open, and creative university with a global reach. It is known for the novelty and quality of its programs, cutting-edge research that is firmly rooted in social problems, and artistic creativity. More than 300 academic programs are available at the institution in seven major areas: arts, communications, education, management, political science and law, science, and social sciences.
