Keyano College Scholarships 2024-25

Keyano College provides bursaries, scholarships, and awards to full-time international students. Some of the bursaries include Apprenticeship awards, Keyano college awards, SAKC awards, Entrance awards, Exiting awards, etc. Students can also avail of federal Government of Alberta awards like the Alberta Athletic Awards, Dr Gary McPherson Leadership Scholarship,  Indigenous Careers Award, Laurence Decore Award for Student Leadership honours, Louise McKinney Post-Secondary Scholarship, and Jason Lang Scholarship. 

To receive or apply for scholarships through College, the students must provide proof of finances, parents/guardians’ income proof, and other necessary documents. The awards, scholarships, and reimbursements the college offers constitute the year's taxable income, and T4A is issued for all bursaries/ awards above 500 USD. Thus, it is often advised that international students avail of grants and scholarships from institutions like UniScholar to reimburse their education without paying high amounts of taxes, especially for those who cannot produce sufficient documents.
