 International College of Manitoba  is a partnership between the University of Manitoba and Navitas, a global education provider. It is located on the Fort Garry campus of the University of Manitoba in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. ICM offers foundation as well as pathway programmes for international students who wish to study at the University of Manitoba but do not meet the university's academic or English language requirements. The first year of the university's bachelor's degree correlates to the UTP Stage II programmes. Students at the University of Manitoba transfer into their second year of study after successfully completing UTP Stage II. The pathway programmes are designed to prepare students for undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of Manitoba.

All  International College of Manitoba’s students have full access to University of Manitoba campus services. The campus has new and modern facilities and historic buildings where students study. Dining Facilities - Students can visit the food court in University Centre for a diverse range of freshly prepared cuisines all in one location. Entry into UTP Stage I normally necessitates the completion of Year 11, with overall and specific subject requirements varying according to the programme.
