Program Overview

Learn the skills to connect the world with the Internet of Things (IOT) and 5G technology, and design systems for electric vehicles including cars, drones, and ships. Our Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in electrical engineering is Central Ontario’s only professional engineering degree program accredited by the Canadian Engineering Accreditation Board (CEAB).

Entry Requirement
Ontario high school students: Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent with a minimum of six Grade 12 U or M courses including:
- ENG4U (English)
- Advanced Functions (MHF4U)(min. 60%)
- Physics (SPH4U)
- Chemistry (SCH4U)
- Two additional Grade 12 U or M credits; Calculus and Vectors (MCV4U) is strongly recommended; one additional credit in Math, Science or Technological Education at 12 U or M is recommended
