This course leads to career opportunities in marine and Antarctic science and policy including disciplines such as: oceanography, climate modelling, meteorology, marine chemistry, marine geology and marine and Antarctic biology and ecology. The research training provided in the course may lead to positions in government and state research laboratories such as CSIRO Marine and Atmospheric Research, the Australian Antarctic Division, the Australian Bureau of Meteorology, or management agencies such as CCAMLR.
