Program Overview

A great opportunity to improve your communication skills and study overseas. Our Diploma in Communication is offered over eight courses and gives you the option to tailor your studies to suit your interests. Choose from a wide range of courses available to Study Abroad students including creative writing, media, public relations, journalism and design.

In this program you will:

Gain knowledge and learn communication concepts in your chosen area through face-to-face teaching supported by online resources
Earn up to 50 percent credit for your prior study and complete the Diploma in one semester
You’ll also have the option to use your courses to complete a minor.

Course Content
Complete 8 courses (96 units) from the Bachelor of Communication and/or courses from the Bachelor of Communication related majors/minors.
Entry Requirement
For entry into most USC undergraduate degree programs, you need to have completed a minimum level of education similar to successful completion of Australian Year 12 with good grades.

Further studies, for example, a semester or more at college or university, can also be considered for entry and may give you credit transfer towards a degree.

English Language Requirement
- IELTS (Academic) Overall score of 6.0 with minimum 5.5 in each subtest
- TOEFL iBT Overall score of 76 with minimum score of 21 for writing
