Core courses

Students must complete the following courses:

• Visual Analysis and Critical Reflection - 7040QCA
• Listed Elective
• Studio Methodologies 1 - 7024QCA
• Listed Elective

To be eligible for admission to the Graduate Certificate in Visual Arts, applicants must:
 

• hold a Bachelor degree in any discipline from a recognised University
• OR, have a minimum of five years experience in the Visual Arts industry

International students

An International student is one who is not:

• an Australian or New Zealand citizen or
• a person who has Australian permanent resident status.
   

Tuition fee

$17,000(80 CP)

Develop a comprehensive understanding of the processes involved in visual arts practice. Increasing your technical, conceptual and creative skills will provide an advantage when seeking work across a variety of professional creative careers.
 

In addition, you'll:

• develop and/or refine your visual literacy
• advance your standing as a visual arts professional
• be eligible to gain entrance into either the Master of Visual Arts, Doctor of Visual Arts, or Doctor of Philosophy, depending on the classification achieved.
