Federation University has a long history that dates back to 1870. It is essentially a merger of Monash University's Gippsland campus and the former University of Ballarat. It has a long history of providing education and training, and in 2020, the university has marked its 150 years of tradition. There are campuses for Federation University in Ballarat, Brisbane, Berwick, Gippsland, and Wimmera. The campuses are Camp Street, Mt.
