The college is situated on Franklin Street and it consisted of a contemporary five-story building complex and offered education for students in Years 10, 11, and 12. However, as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic's impact on the enrollment of international students, The college ceased its operations after the completion of the 2021 academic year.

The Coglin Street campus is conveniently situated in the city centre, in close proximity to Chinatown and Central Market. It is within a short walking distance or a complimentary tram ride to the University of South Australia, The University of Adelaide, and a 30-minute train ride to Flinders University's Bedford Park campus. The campus boasts five contemporary levels dedicated to providing students with well-designed Eynesbury College facilities, equipment, and learning resources.
