The course consists of 20 core subjects. At the end of second year students can choose, dependent upon satisfying minimum requirements, to complete the honours stream (seven compulsory subjects) or remain in the pass degree (6 compulsory subjects and one unrestricted elective).

Completion of the All India Senior School Certificates, where awarded by CBSE and metro state boards. Overall score of 60% in 4 Academic subjects:

• A completed award with a minimum total score of 24 or above in the International Baccalaureate

• Completion of two GCE A2 Levels with a minimum of 2 x D or equivalent in a minimum of two subjects, where A=5, B=4, C=3, D=2, E=1

• A pass in the first division in the Pre-University Certificate
